mgr Katarzyna Terejko
Dietician
About me:
My name is Katarzyna Terejko, and I am a graduate of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences with a degree in dietetics. I gained professional experience at the Karol Jonscher Clinical Hospital in Poznan and in primary healthcare clinics.
I specialize in diet therapy for hormonal and metabolic disorders such as:
- PCOS and endometriosis,
- Hashimoto’s disease, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, Graves’ disease,
- insulin resistance and diabetes,
- overweight and obesity
I also support pregnant women and those planning pregnancy, as well as individuals following vegan or vegetarian diets. I work with people with ADHD and on the autism spectrum, as well as with patients with eating disorders (including bulimia, orthorexia, and binge eating disorder). I work with both adults and children from the age of 5.
In my work, I follow the 80/20 rule, because I believe that everyday choices have the greatest impact on health. I think that a well-balanced diet should be diverse, and healthy eating can be both tasty and easy to prepare.
Privately, I am a vegan and a lover of Arabic cuisine. I create individual nutrition plans that combine scientific knowledge with practical solutions tailored to the patient’s lifestyle. My mission is to support people in building healthy, lasting, and personalized eating habits.
