My name is Grzegorz Małecki, and I am a graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań.

In my professional practice, I deal with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions in the field of: operative, endoscopic, and oncological gynecology, as well as aesthetic and regenerative gynecology. My desire for professional development is fulfilled through continuous skill improvement, while the well-being of my patients allows me to provide services at the highest level.

My daily practice and interests focus on operative and procedural gynecology.

The main focus of my professional activity within hospital work mainly concerns endoscopic operations, i.e., laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.

On a daily basis, I work at the Greater Poland Oncology Center at Garbary 15 in Poznań, in the Operative, Oncological, and Endoscopic Gynecology Department, whose head is Dr. Błażej Nowakowski, PhD.

In my professional practice, I provide consultations in the field of oncological gynecology. I deal with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as:

• labia minora plastic surgery (labiaplasty), clitoral hood plastic surgery (hoodoplasty), and perineoplasty using a CO2 laser (Deka Laser)

• laser removal of condylomas, fibrous lesions, and genital warts of vulva and perineum

My experience, confirmed by numerous certificates in aesthetic and regenerative gynecology, was gained under the supervision of Prof. Nicola Zerbinati.

In my clinic, I also provide professional care for pregnant patients and patients planning pregnancy. During each visit, I comprehensively analyze both the well-being of the fetus and the health of the expectant mother. I review laboratory test results, medications, and plan the follow-up for days, weeks, and until delivery.

During each visit, I perform obstetric examinations combined with ultrasound (using Voluson E8), monitor maternal and fetal well-being (in selected cases performing Doppler flow studies), and order and analyze additional tests, including microbiological tests (vaginal swabs / GBS). I also perform cardiotocography (CTG) in pregnant patients (third trimester).
